
Introduction of High Pressure Pump
In 1896, (one of the founders of Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes) proposed the flat engine, also known as boxer engine, is now widely used by the world's leading car manufacturers. In 2015, SABIO Taiwan which specializes in research and development of high-pressure pump proposed flat pump and received the world advanced national patent.
It has been adopted by Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Subaru, for which Mercedes-Benz has been awarded a patent for its invention.
In 2015, SABIO's flat pump was awarded the IDA World Invention Patent, which can be used in high-pressure fluid transfer/industrial cleaning/gardening/metal processing high pressure water discharge, etc. It is currently being tested for use in automobile brakes. The use of high-pressure pump is like a turbo engine, which can instantly increase the power and improve efficiency. The high-pressure pump can work continuously for 3000 hours and the output pressure can be up to 70 bar, which is the best in the pumping industrial.

The principle of high-pressure pump
Global patent opposed-four cylinders piston high pressure pump with eccentric shaft power-saving movement. The maximum operating pressure can reach 120 Bar. Equipped with self-lubricating oil engine room, and the bearing can operate continuously without generating heat, this is the best embodiment of Industry 4.0.

2 main design concepts of SABIO high pressure pump
Opposed-four cylinders design of mechanic room, the first to produce linkage device to connect between opposed paired plungers. Eccentric shaft pushes one plunger to do water pressurization process, and thru linkage device to drive the plunger on the other end returning to original position. Break through the tradition – the set pattern of using spring will cause elastic fatigue easily.
As utilize the linkage device can obtain the effect of dynamic output balance, there is almost no kinetic energy loss, and the vibration and the noise are reduced hugely. All operation efficiency is the top among the equivalent products. It can save 25% of the electricity.
The oil tank of mechanic room uses the power of eccentric shaft itself to drive the oil absorbing pressurized conveying rod, so the lubricant is forcedly injected into the central oil duct of the eccentric shaft, and then the lubricant is circulated from oil outlet to eccentric output surface and oil tank. Break through the technical obstacle that the traditional eccentric output surface will throw lubricant away and cause insufficient lubrication. This breakthrough can let gadgets attain comprehensive lubrication, increase and extend the smoothness and service life of mechanic operation. Under 3000-hour continuous operation, the system temperature rise can be controlled in 25°C. The continued high quality and high effectiveness makes the operation without any trouble.
